The company IOT Industrielle Oberflächentechnik GmbH was founded on the initiative of Wolfgang Niederndorfer. Executives are Ing. Franz and Wolfgang Niederndorfer and Ing. Johann Danner.

Reorganisation into two new companies:
MKW Kunststofftechnik GmbH based in Weibern, Upper Austria.
MKW Oberflächen+Draht GmbH based in Haag, Upper Austria.

MKW Holding GmbH based in Weibern, Upper Austria, incurs the local managed activities of the three factories.
